2024 HOA Dues
The annual dues for 2024 remain at $94.00 and are due by Jan 31, 2024 to avoid late fees.

Saturday April 27, 2024 from 8AM to Noon. Trailer for metal recycling will be available. Please no appliances, car batteries, car tires, and full paint cans.
